Ben & Kelly Rothrock, owners.

We’re the Rothrocks. Since we married in 2016, we have been remodeling homes together, and we just can’t get enough of it! 

We feel honored when the members of our community ask us to help them create life-changing spaces in their homes! We love to help them transform their space, and to watch them come alive as they live their new life in it!   • An average, quality-grade bathroom remodel (appx 65 sq ft) will cost between $70,000 and $60,000.

    Cost is mostly affected by the homeowner’s material preferences. Small, budget-conscious bathroom remodels can be done for as little as $40,000, and large, luxury bathroom remodels can cost as much as $300,000.

  • An average bathroom remodel takes approximately 3 weeks for the design/product selection phase and approximately 3-4 weeks for the construction phase.

    Luxury projects will often take considerably longer, the timeline for these projects is dependent on how extensive/complicated the project is.

  • An average, quality-grade kitchen remodel (appx 160 sq ft) will cost between $120,000 and $90,000.

  • Not at all! We will need you to choose the products you desire for your transformed space, but you will not need to purchase or deliver them. We will do all of the heavy lifting for you!

  • There is no need! We are a full-service general contractor, so we will provide all of the tradesmen necessary to complete your project!

  • Absolutely! If you are working with a designer, we will be happy to work with them to create your dream space!

  • We are insured, and we will provide you with a certificate of insurance upon request.

    The state of New Hampshire does not have a licensing program for general contractors. Neither does the state of Maine. Because we work exclusively in these states, licensing is not an option for us, or our colleagues.

    For the few trades that do require licensing, like electrical, plumbing, and gas fitting, we partner with licensed contractors to complete these parts of our projects.

  • We require progress payments upon the completion of project milestones.

    Depending on the size of the project, each payment will generally be 20% - 40% of the total project cost, and will be due approximately 1 ½ - 2 weeks apart, as the project progresses.

  • Yes, we accept all major credit cards!

  • Absolutely! We partner with a financing marketplace that will shop multiple lenders to get you the best deal for your project financing needs!
