About Us
Hello, we are Ben & Kelly Rothrock. We have been remodeling homes together since we got married in 2016, and we absolutely love it!
When we married, Ben had over 10 years of experience as a carpenter running his own one-man remodeling company. In this company, he regularly completed many different types of home repairs and renovations. Ben has great problem-solving skills and he really enjoys the challenge of integrating modern products into old homes. Ben enjoys being a remodeler because it gives him an opportunity to use his skills to solve problems for the people in his community.
Kelly, on the other hand, didn’t have any experience as a remodeler when we married. What she did have was a heart for people. Kelly had experience doing humanitarian work, which she loved because it gave her a way to love and take care of people who found themselves in stressful, life-altering situations. When she joined Ben in his remodeling company, she may have had to learn how to use a tape measure and a saw, but she already knew how to care for her customers as they went through the stressful, and life-altering experience of home remodeling.
As we each brought our individual skills into the company, we realized that bathroom & kitchen remodels were the perfect projects for both of us to really shine! We absolutely love to help people transform their houses into the homes of their dreams! It gives us such a feeling of accomplishment when we can help a woman create a space to cook with her mom or we can help a couple create a space to relax after a hard day’s work! Remodeling is the perfect place for us to utilize our respective skills to help change the lives of the people in our community!
Why did we choose Dover, NH?
We haven’t always lived in Dover. When we married, we started our life together in Upstate New York. We went honeymooning in the Granite State, and immediately fell in love with New Hampshire! After years of dreaming about making a life in the Granite State, we finally made the move after we decided to restructure our company from a sole proprietorship to a business partnership in 2021. (Don’t tell Ben, but Kelly is the boss now, too!)
We knew we wanted to live on the seacoast, but we didn’t know where. During our exploration process, we came to Dover, and we fell in love! The first time we drove through the city, we got the sense that it was a great community to be a part of! We could immediately picture our lives here!
We took some time to research the area and speak to several acquaintances that live here. Everything we heard reinforced our original impression of the Dover area. Dover is a great place to live (and have a business)! After careful consideration, we decided that this was the place for us! We made the move and have not regretted our decision one bit!. We are so happy to finally be here! This truly is a great community!
