We live in a fast-paced world! Every moment, there are thousands of things that demand your attention! Trying to juggle all of the responsibilities you have is exhausting!      

So, when we created our remodeling process, we asked the question: “How can we make the remodeling experience easy and stress-free for our clients?” 

We think you will love the simple 6-step process we created!

The Six Easy Steps To The Home Of Your Dreams:

Dream It!

It all starts with a phone call.

When you reach out to us, we will immediately schedule a phone consultation where we can discuss your project at your convenience. On that call, we will talk about your current space and the dreams you have for your transformed space. Some of the things we will discuss are:

  • The history and background of your home.

  • What you like and dislike about your existing space.

  • Your desires for your transformed space.

  • What our past clients have invested in similar projects.

  • What the remodeling process will look like for your project.

On this call, we will help answer any questions you have about improving your home and we promise that we won’t pressure you to have us out to your home until you are ready.

When you are ready to explore your project further, we will move into our 2 part project development phase: “Explore It” & “Refine It”.

Explore It!

In this phase, we will start by scheduling an in-home consultation. At this meeting, we will meet you at your home and:

  • Discuss your needs for your transformed space.

  • Dream with you and provide recommendations for the transformation.

  • Work with you to set priorities for the options discussed.

  • Take photographs and measurements of the space.

  • Check for obstructions or challenges that might complicate the project.

  • Describe the steps moving forward as we refine the ideas you have for your space!

Refine It!

After we have explored the ideas you have for your space, we will work with you to refine those ideas further. In this phase, we will:

  • Guide you through the product and finish selections that need to be made.

  • Work with you to refine the scope of work.

  • Facilitate on-site project meetings with our trade partners.

  • Get price quotes from our material suppliers.

  • Provide a fixed-price contract for your project.

  • Provide a tentative schedule.

Facilitate It!

We are almost there! Once you approve the project and we receive a deposit, we will:

  • Order the materials for your project.

  • Confirm your space on our schedule.

  • Secure your space on our trade partners’ schedules.

  • Begin mobilizing our equipment.

  • Invite you to join our project management software where you can follow the project in real time!

Create It!

It’s time to build! As we work hard to bring your dreams to life, we will work just as hard to keep the process as stress-free as possible for you! We do this by:

  • Containing dust and debris in the work area with plastic dust barriers.

  • Sweeping the work area clean at the end of every day.

  • Providing daily work updates.

  • Taking pictures of our progress and uploading them for easy access.

  • Providing you with access to the production schedule so you can follow the progress of the project in real time.

  • Keeping you updated on our progress, including any setbacks, changes, or accomplishments.

Enjoy It!

It’s finally time to enjoy the new space you have been dreaming about! In this final phase, we will:

  • Walk through your new space with you.

  • Ask you to confirm that everything was built to your satisfaction.

  • Discuss any care and maintenance of the new products.

  • Discuss our Craftsmanship Warranty.

  • Provide you with all of the product manuals and project documents.

Lastly, we want to know how we did! We will set up an interview to discuss how you are enjoying your new space. We will also ask for your honest feedback to help us grow and refine our process!
